I was very brave and very naive, a typical Aries. But I learned such a lot along the way that has helped me become the beautiful person I am today. Thank God I have managed to retain some of my innocence into my 60’s.
I think the main question that kicked all of this off for me, even in the 1980’s was: ‘How can I invest in a future that does not compromise the ‘health of the world’ (eg by exploitation or profit based investment that literally ‘costs the earth’)’? I was not happy with the fact that in order to operate within society I had to invest in the weapons sponsored by banks, pensions schemes and government.
So here I am at age 65 with a small money pension pot, but also my health, a mass of skills, a beautiful garden and a life I love.
I want to share with you some of my solutions to living a truly fulfilling and ‘sustainable’ life here with nature, at the end of our alleged ‘civilisation’. Nature has come in to bat and whatever we do for the next 60 years, people of the earth are going to pay for the exploitation we have levied on Mother Nature itself.
